摘   要采用集聚指数及空间自相关分析方法，分析了2003-2012年淮海城市群制造业与城镇化空间分布特征及其相关关系。发现：淮海城市群城镇化发展呈现由苏北、皖北、鲁南、豫东逐级递减的局面，并且以徐州为核心城市拉动周边城市发展。而制造业集聚水平则呈现是以徐州为中心的空间分布格局特征，但劳动密集型、资本密集型、技术密集型行业空间分布特征各异。运用空间相关性分析，两者都存在分布较为分散的局势，但淮海城市群总体的制造业与城镇化为中度相关即制造业的集聚使城镇化的发展有着一定的影响。72864

Abstract The agglomeration index and spatial autocorrelation analysis, 2003-2012 Huaihai city group manufacturing industry and urbanization spatial distribution characteristics and their correlation were analyzed。 Found: Huaihai urban agglomeration urbanization development present situation in Northern Jiangsu, Northern Anhui, Shandong, Henan step by step by decreasing, and Taking Xuzhou as the core pulling the city peri urban development。 And Huaihai city group manufacturing industry agglomeration level is to gather in Xuzhou as the center of the spatial distribution of structure on sustainable development trend, the manufacturing industry is pided into three types respectively, to study the spatial distribution characteristics。 Using spatial correlation analysis, both of which are more scattered distribution situation, but Huaihai city group the overall manufacturing industry and urbanization is moderately related to manufacturing industry agglomeration urbanization development has a certain impact。

1  绪 论

1。1  研究意义 

城镇化是我国一直在关注的问题。2014年上旬，在中央城镇化工作会议《国家新型城镇化规划（2014-2020）》中明确提到，实现现代化的前提和必经之路就是城镇化的快速发展[1]。要想保持经济稳定正常的发展，中国需要开拓中国特色的城镇化道路、在各个方面提高城镇化的水平从而加快产业结构的转型升级，改善制造业空间分布、减缓就业压力从而使农村的剩余劳动力可以得到更好利用。本文全面系统的通过分析淮海城市群近十年的统计数据针对淮海城市群的城镇化与制造业空间分布探究两者是否存在某种相关联系。论文网
