摘 要：本论文以常州市第三产业发展作为分析对象，研究分析常州市第三产业发展特征、问题及对策。通过分析发现第三产业产业结构及就业结构模式不断优化，第三产业人均服务产品占有量和服务密度较高，第三产业内部结构层次差异显著。且常州第三产业发展存在一定问题，第三产业产值总体水平仍然较低且就业比重更低，阶级性收入差距严重制约居民对第三产业的消费需求，第三产业内部结构也存在不合理性。为了促进常州市第三产业发展，首先要完善就业机制，促进就业与再就业；其次优化产业结构，转变经济发展方式；最后加大投入，多渠道促进第三产业发展。78285

1 引言
第三产业指不产出物质产品的行业，也称广义服务业，按照中国统计局最新发布对三次产业区分的定义，中国的第三产业包含流通与服务部门，第三产业是三大行业中为分类最多的产业[1]。目前，从全球的第三产业发展来看，每年第三产业在产业结构中的占比远大于50%, 一些举世闻名的国际大都市，第三产业的增加值在GDP的占比以及第三产业的就业人数占比均在70%以上, 香港甚至高达90%[2]。研究表明, 第三产业的发展不但是一个城市现代化经济发展的根基, 而且是在经济发展全球化背景下经济竞争力水平高低的决定性因素[3]。文献综述 常州市第三产业发展特征问题及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_90191.html
