摘要近些年来，企业并购重组活动在经济市场占据越来越重要的地位。并购是企业向外拓展和扩大规模的重要手段之一，所以研究并购重组对企业长期股票收益的影响，提高企业并购的成功率是十分有意义的。本文选取上海证券交易所挂牌的上市公司并购事件为样本，采用BHAR法计算长期并购超额收益率，以此来衡量并购对上市企业股票长期回报的影响，并在此基础上用影响并购绩效的因素作为解释变量使用回归分析。最后对公司的并购重组活动存在的问题提出了相关的建议。82999

Title    The effect of mergers on long-term stock returns                   

Abstract In recent years, mergers and restructuring activities occupy an increasingly important position in the economic market。 Acquisition is one of the most important means for enterprise to outreach and expand, so it is meaningful to explore the effect of mergers on long-term stock returns and improve the success rate of mergers and acquisitions。 We select the number of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2011。 And BHAR method was used to calculate long-term acquisition abnormal return, which is a way to measure the impact of mergers and acquisitions of listed long-term shares returns。 We regard some factors influencing the performance of mergers and acquisitions as explanatory variables to use regression analysis。 Finally, recommendations are given to solve some problems related to mergers and acquisitions。
