摘要:本文主要通过运用2000—2014年我国三废污染排放量和FDI实际利用额数据，研究其对我国环境污染的影响。其中，以三废（工业固体废弃物、工业废水、工业废气）的排放量作为被解释变量，运用回归模型客观的分析解释变量—FDI的实际利用额。研究结果表明：FDI的引进对我国环境污染具有双重效果，FDI对工业固体废弃物和工业废水排放存在显著的正效应，对工业废气排放存在双重的效应。同时，既有技术溢出、环保产业发展、环保意识提高的积极影响，也有生态恶化、生态环境负担加重、环境治理成本上升、转基因产品方面等的消极影响。通过研究FDI对我国环境污染的影响，为我国如何就FDI流入所带来的双重效果提供决策参考价值。83416

The Influence of FDI on China's Environmental Pollution
