摘要基于Web的师生成果管理系统（Achievement Management System，AMS）主要用于完成对师生成果的管理，其功能有成果申请、成果审核、成果查询、用户管理和汇总导出。该系统是针对师生科研成果申报、管理和在线阅览的信息管理系统。它取代了人工管理这一低效率方式，完成了无纸化的目标，改变了以往那种静止、封闭的行政管理为主的模式，突出了科研工作动态、开放的管理特点。84599

该系统运行在Tomcat服务器上，以MySQL为数据库，使用Struts2实现MVC架构，用Hibernate实现对象关系映射，用JSP表现页面。

经测试，本系统能使用户方便的录入、管理、查询教师及学生的成果，效果良好，满足应用需求。

Abstract The Achievement Management System of Teachers and Students(abbreviated as AMS) based on Web is designed to help the school manage the information of  teachers' and students' achievements, its functions are application, auditing , searching of achievements, management of users and export of summary files。 This system is directed against application, handling and reading online of scientific achievements。 It will replace the labor management which is not effective and finish the goal of paperless。 It will change the past management pattern which is static and closed administration based, and emphasize the management feature of scientific work which is dynamic and open。

This system will be runned on Tomcat server with the MySQL as its database, implements the MVC architecture with Struts2, implements the Object/Relation Mapping with Hibernate and be built by JSP pages。

By the test, This system enables users to easily enter, manage, search the achievements of teachers and students, it works well and meets the requirements of application。
