摘要在当前云计算快速发展及企业转型的形势下，为解决云服务提供商信任评价问题，本文在结合文献分析的基础上，主要从安全、价格、性能、提供商及其团队结构素质等五个维度来建立评价指标体系。考虑到影响提供商的因素的部分未知、不精确及模糊性，设计了灰色模糊综合评价框架下多属性的提供商信任评价模型。通过应用层次分析法及灰色模糊综合评判法对影响云服务提供商的多属性进行综合计算，最终得出所选云服务提供商的信任评价。最终通过算例对该方法进行了检验,文中所选评价指标的合理性，模型构建的有效性。86097

Cloud service provider credit evaluation model
Abstract Under the situation of rapid development and transformation of enterprises in the current cloud computing, in order to solve the problem of cloud service providers credit evaluation, this paper mainly from the security, price, performance, service providers and their team structure as well as the quality of the five dimensions establish evaluation index system on the basis of combination of literature analysis。 Considering influence factors of partially unknown, imprecision and fuzziness, this paper construct provider credit evaluation model with a design of the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation framework of multi-attribute 。 By applying a hierarchical analysis method and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method ,multi-attribute which influence cloud service providers can be synthetically calculated。Finally it comes to the conclusion that the cloud service providers of credit evaluation。 In the end,the rationality of the evaluation index and the validity of the model construction is tested by a numerical example。
