摘 要随着互联网的普及，网络教育应运而生。大多网络教育平台的设计都是自营模式，即通过网络渠道招揽学生，网络平台外派老师上门家教。这样经营模式缺点很多，最主要的有两点：外派老师范围有局限性；学生在选择家教时对老师的教学品质好坏没有可信的参考依据，学生受到的教学质量得不到保证。而且现在国内没有一个具有品牌效应的网络教育平台。86332
本系统根据网络家教市场的发展趋势，使用了Ajax、SpringMVC等技术，解决了现在市场上家教平台存在的地域限制问题，同时提供老师的教学信息给学生，方便学生选择合适的老师，有利于网络平台流量的吸入和品牌的打造。其主要功能有：更新老师和学生的信息资源；根据学员的个人要求，推荐合适的教员；为教员与学员、学员与学员之间提供交流平台；为学员提供海量的学习资源。
本家教平台功能设计的定位就是给想找家教的学生和想做家教的老师提供一个交流平台，构建健康的教学供需关系，促进家教行业的发展。

Abstract With the prevalence of internet, online tutoring platform come into popular。 Most of these platforms attract their students on the internet and send their tutors according to the requirement。 There are lots of disadvantages on these management mode。 And the following two points are what we have to resolve as soon as possible: The field-tutor working range are limited。 Students have no reference about tutors teaching quality which means students interest can’t be guaranteed。 Because of these two points, nowadays there is no any flagship project about Online tutoring platform in China。
According to the development trend of network tutoring platform, the system uses Ajax, SpringMVC and other technologies to solve the existing problems in the market。 Information and resource shared which could make it convenient for students to choose teachers they want and attract more flux on these website even benefits brand building。 These are main functions having bean realized: registering and updating information about teachers and students; recommending tutors according to requirement; building a platform to facilitate communication between tutors and students; providing numerous resource for students。
This platform are intend to provide a communication pipeline for tutors and students, building positive relationships between them, even promoting the development of on-site teaching industry。
