摘要对于企业来说，资金是赖以生存和发展的基础。因此，财务的地位是尤为重要的，一个简单易用而又操作性强的管理系统的需求也随之而来。而在财务管理这个庞大的模块下，预算管理则是对企业未来的一个规划和指导，因此，企业实现财务预算管理系统的设计与开发是十分有必要的。86334
本次财务预算管理系统中，应用了MySQL、Servlet、JSP等Web应用开发中常用的知识，利用springmvc思想作为架构设计，简化开发的流程。页面设计从实用角度出发，兼具美观易用性，符合现在用户的观念和需求，同时，操作简单而方便。
该财务预算管理系统可以与其他系统，如：进销存、工资账簿管理等系统，配合使用，构成公司的完整的公司财务系统。使用本系统的用户分为管理员、部门负责人两种角色。管理员的权限最高，可以进行部门管理、人员及项目等的管理和查看，部门负责人可以进行项目的管理和数据的录入等。在数据展示方面，本次系统采用了表格和饼图、柱图方式，同时也可以导出成Excel表格，方便进一步的审阅和分析。
