摘要随着全球经济信息化的迅速发展，企业经理人不断地学习新的管理技巧。为了提高核心竞争力，企业纷纷学习有关质量管理、商品多样化、柔性制造、快速反应、电子商务等新的经营理念，所有这些新型管理手段和管理方法的使用都无一例外地需要依赖于信息系统的可靠运行，所有这些都直接推动了信息系统外包的普及，促使了信息系统外包的快速发展。86359
本文首先分析了影响企业信息系统外包绩效的相关因素，并就相关因素展开描述，其中，外包决策因素是外包绩效的重要影响因素，而外包管理因素也会对外包绩效产生显著的影响。接下来，通过相关的案例进一步说明了影响外包绩效的一些因素。最后，提出了企业提升信息系统外包绩效的一些策略。

The influence factors and promotion strategy of Information System Outsourcing
Abstract With the rapid development of the global economy, business managers are constantly learning new management skills。 In order to improve the core competitiveness, enterprises have to learn about quality management, product persification, flexible manufacturing, rapid response, e-commerce and other new business philosophy, the use of all these new management tools and management methods are, without exception, need to rely on the reliable operation of the information system, all of these have directly contributed to the popularization of information system outsourcing, to promote the rapid development of information system outsourcing。
