摘要本文针对老年人健康评估和健康管理的需要，尝试开发一个适用于社区卫生服务中心(或站)和健康管理公司运营模式的一个评估子系统。该子系统不仅包括传统的血压、血糖、血脂、BMI等评估，也包含运动评估、膳食评估、心理健康评估、生活质量评估等方面功能，部分评估结果根据需要可存入数据库，以供将来人群健康状况调查分析之用。
本系统是基于Web开发的评估子系统。基于J2EE/Spring的Web服务器框架，MySQL数据库与MyBatis构成数据资源层、JSP、JQuery形成表示层，JS与JQuery形成客户端层。
本系统的应用特点是基于角色的操作权限分配，符合多角色协同工作方式，病人也可进行简单评估，操作方便，交互直观。19429

Title Development of a Web-based health assessment subsystem
Abstract
In this paper, for the elderly health needs assessment and health management,Trying to develop an assessment subsystem for community health centers (or stations) and health management company business model .The subsystem includes not only the traditional blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, BMI and other assessments,Also includes motion estimation, dietary assessment, mental health assessment, and other aspects of quality of life assessment functions, some may be needed to assess the results into a database for future population health survey analysis.
The system is based Web development assessment subsystem. Based J2EE/Spring Web server framework, MySQL database and data resources constitute MyBatis layer, JSP, JQuery form the presentation layer, JS and JQuery form the client layer.
Application features of this system is based on the allocation of operating authority role in line with multi-role collaborative work, patients can also be a simple assessment, easy to operate, interactive and intuitive.
