摘  要随着计算机技术的迅猛发展，原本只存在设想中的诸多技术得以实现并应用于生活场景，如：语音识别、自然语义分析、机器学习、深度神经网络、大数据等技术，这些技术的融合促使了虚拟机器人的实现，如苹果的Siri，它令苹果成为一台智能机器人，由此，以聊天形式进行服务的智能机器人时代终于来临。

智能机器人的发展也带给了服务行业新的趋势，尤其是网络客服，传统的网络客服多为人力，一方面庞大的人力资源投入使得这些公司的人力成本过高，另一方面人工客服需要智能系统的辅助以及对智能系统的学习，增加了学习成本。同时相比较于聊天而言，对于某公司或某行业的问题咨询具有可预见性，智能客服由此具有了存在的意义和可能性。

智能机器人虽然已经发展多年，但以前的智能机器人多以原生态的移动开发平台为主，缺乏可移植性，Html5的跨平台特性提供给了智能机器人新的解决方案。基于Html5设计的聊天机器人一方面便于嵌入Android端或其他平台，以结合智能终端的语音输入等服务，另一方面便于嵌入在一些公司的网站，以完成智能客服的功能。86601
