该网络考试与阅卷系统采用的是B/S架构，使用了Java语言、JSP技术以及MySQL数据库进行开发[1]。本系统由三大模块组成：管理员模块，评分老师模块，考生模块。管理员模块拥有对管理员，评分老师以及学生信息的管理权限，另外也有对考试科目、班级、学院等信息的管理权限。而评分老师则可以使用阅卷的功能，也可以对试卷和题库进行管理，当然，也拥有查看学生分数的权限。作为考生，除了可以进行考试之外，当然也可以查看分数。本系统的优点在于管理权限明确，功能比较完善，可以满足考生和评分老师的需要，简化了考试与阅卷流程，有一定的实用价值[2]。
