摘要互联网逐渐普及之后，智能手机也得到了迅猛的发展，因此，在移动终端上面出现了各种各样方便人们生活、工作以及学习的应用，其中，新闻类APP的出现更是让大众的阅读方式发生了翻天覆地的变化。在节奏越来越快的现代生活中，大众已经没有多余的时间坐下来仔细的品读书籍或者阅读报纸，因此，读者阅读纸质文字的时间越来越少，与之随行的就是，传统媒体开始发生转变。在移动终端上进行阅读，不仅能够让大众快速地获取新闻资讯，还能够打发人们坐地铁、坐公交以及排队等待的无聊时光，这就是手机阅读越来越受大众青睐的原因。这也就意味着，手机阅读变成了一个必然的趋势。86788
本课题主要研究了基于智能手机的移动校园新闻平台的设计与实现。该系统主要分为客户端和服务器端，客户端主要实现了用户的登录、新闻的查看以及用户的评论；服务器端主要实现了管理员对用户信息、新闻类别、新闻内容以及用户评论的管理。系统的工作流程是，管理员通过后台发布新闻资讯，前台通过获取后台的新闻资讯并显示出来，用户在前台发表评论，最终传递给后台进行管理。
移动校园新闻平台在完成之后，经过丰富的测试用例进行测试，验证了该系统在主流安卓手机机型上均能够正常运行，并且拥有良好的性能。

Abstract Following the increasing popularity of the Internet and smart phone has been the rapid development, therefore, in the mobile terminal above the variety in people's life, work and learning application is convenient, the news app is earth shaking changes have taken place in the popular reading。 In the increasingly rapid pace of modern life, the public has no extra time to sit down and carefully read books or reading the newspaper, therefore, the readers reading paper writing time is less and less, and the accompanying is traditional media began change。 In the mobile terminal reading, not only to let the public fast access to news and information, also can kill people on the subway, bus and wait in line boredom, this is the phone reading and more mass appeal。 This also means that the mobile phone reading has become an inevitable trend。
This paper studies the design and implementation of smartphone-based mobile platform for campus news。 The system consists of client and server, the client main achievement of the user's login, view news and user comments; server administrator to manage the main achievement of the category of news, news content, and user comments。 Workflow systems, administrators publish news through the background, foreground by obtaining background information and news are displayed, the user comments in the foreground, and ultimately to the backend management。
Campus News mobile platform after the completion, after extensive test cases to test, validate the systems are capable of running on mainstream mobile phone models, and has good performance。
