摘要近年来，计算机技术的飞速发展给人们的生活带来了极大的便利，计算机在企业的管理中得到了大范围的应用。利用计算机技术来实现企业人事工资管理已经成为了历史的必然。特别对于大中型的企业，传统的手工作业的方式不仅效率低下，而且容易出现各种纰漏，本文结合现实情况，使用JAVA和MySQL数据库开发企业人事工资管理系统，以帮助企业完成节约成本，提高工作效率以及方便保存和查询的目标。86839

本文的人事管理系统采用的是B/S结构，从操作简单，界面友好，实用，安全等角度出发，完成了企业人事工资管理的全部流程。该系统是由四个模块组成，分别是员工的工资核算模块、员工的津贴管理模块、员工的医疗保险模块、员工的报表生成模块，完成了包括添加员工，核对员工基础信息，记录员工工资信息和迟到早退信息，生成报表的功能。

Abstract In recent years, the rapid development of computer technology to people's lives has brought great convenience, get a wide range of computer applications in the enterprise management。 The use of computer technology to enterprise human resources management has become an inevitable trend of history。 Especially for medium-sized enterprises, the traditional way of manual operation is not only inefficient, and prone to all kinds of flaws, the reality of this paper, the use of JAVA and MySQL database development enterprise human resources management system to help companies complete the cost savings, improve work efficiency and easy to save and query target。
