摘要： 近年来，随着旅游业的快速发展，酒店等行业也得到了迅猛的发展，一套好的酒店管理方式能给酒店带来很大的收益，因此一个优良的酒店管理系统尤其重要。
本系统是采用C#语言和SQL Server 2005数据库开发的酒店管理系统。包含前台应用程序的设计和后台数据库的创建和数据库的文护这两个方面。关于前台应用程序的设计需要功能完美、操作简单等特点。而针对后台则要求创建一个较高的安全性、较好的一致性和很好的完整性的数据库。本系统的主要目标是实现酒店房间管理的计算机自动化管理，其主要功能包括：房间分类管理、房间管理、经营状况管理、员工管理、部门管理和系统用户管理等。
本酒店管理系统能够高效地实现客人预定、入住、换房、退房等程序，减轻员工的工作负担，使他们将更多的精力投入到客户服务上去，为酒店树立良好的形象。并且还能分析酒店的经营状况，制定相应的经营方针，从而给酒店带来更大的收益。20143

Hotel Management System Design
Abstract: With the rapid development of tourism, the hotel industry has been developed rapidly in recent years, a good way to hotel management will bring great benefits, thus a good hotel management system is especially important.
This system uses the C # language and SQL Server 2005 database management system developed by the hotel. Creating and maintaining these two aspects of the application that contains the foreground and background database design database. About the foreground application design needs perfectly functional, simple operation and so on. For creating the background requires a high security, better consistency and good integrity database. The main objective of this system is to realize the hotel room management computer automation management, its main features include: room category management, room management, operating conditions management, staff management, department management and user management system.
The hotel management system to efficiently implement the guests scheduled , stay wards, check out other procedures, reduce the workload of employees , enabling them to put more effort into customer service up, establish a good image for the hotel . And also analyze hotel operating conditions, develop appropriate business policy, which bring greater benefits to the hotel.
