摘要：随着21世纪Internet技术和计算机技术的飞速发展，以及计算机技术的普及，企业管理中越来越多领域要运用到计算机。客户关系管理是企业管理的重要内容，是提高企业效益的重要砝码。优客网的开发正是适应了这种要求。
本文论述的优客网，是一种适用于中小型企业基于单机版的客户关系管理系统。本文将会介绍系统的实现及软硬件配置。该系统采用ASP作为开发工具，Access作为数据库管理系统。采用B/S结构。本文在系统需求分析和系统规划的基础上，对系统的功能模块设计和数据库设计做了详细介绍。并论述了系统主要功能的实现。20148

The development and design of Yuke Network
Abstract ：With the rapid development of Internet and computer technology in the 21st century, as well as the growing popularity of computer technology, more and more areas of business management to be applied to the computer. CRM is an important part of enterprise management, and an important weight of improving enterpris efficiency. The Yuke Network is adapted to this requirement.
The Yuke Network in this article is a CRM system , which is based on a stand-alone vision ,and suitable for small and medium enterprises. This article will describe the hardware and software configuration and system realization. The system uses ASP as a development tool, and Access as a database management system. Using B / S structure. Based on the system requirements analysis and system planning ,this article introduces the functional modules of the system design and database design in detail, and the realization of the main functions of the system.
