摘要：    现代化的酒店是集客房、餐饮、通讯、娱乐，商务文化及其他各种服务与设施为一体化的消费场所，酒店组织庞大，服务项目多，信息量大，要想提高劳动生产，降低成本，提高服务质量和管理水平，促进经济效益，必须借助计算机来进行现代化的信息管理。本设计立足于旅馆、中小型宾馆和酒店的特点设计，开发一个适合旅馆、中小型宾馆和酒店的客房管理使用的软件系统。系统基于MFC和SQLSERVER，采用VS2010和SQLSERVER2008作为开发工具。通过对餐饮系统的调研与分析，本系统将实现住宿管理、客房管理、日结管理、挂账管理、查询统计、系统设置这优尔个模块进行开发。最终实现一个基本的酒店管理系统。优秀的酒店管理软件能显著地提高酒店的服务水平和工作效率，规范酒店的业务流程，帮助酒店管理者及时、全面地了解经营信息，做出更加准确的决策，从而有效地提高酒店的经营效益。
资源完全开放型:系统所有的资源,功能交由用户管理,权限控制到按钮,针对不同的用户,组装不同的界面,分配不同的使用功能.不放心再加权限到按钮。
系统有以下特点：系统突出以营销、预订、房源、房价等对营销具有影响力的信息处理。房价码可按年,季,月,周,日设定。
强化以客源为中心的信息完整性、长久性、可操作性。建立了客档为中心的用户信息管理系统。
