摘要 随着人事制度的改革和信息化技术的普及，各级单位部门对人事信息管理计算机化、网络化的需求越来越高。人事管理系统是一个单位里面重要的信息管理系统，选择一个适合单位特点的管理系统对提高单位的管理水平有很大的帮助，针对单位特点建立一套合理高效的人事管理系统，将人事管理由传统的人工管理转变为计算机自动化管理，不仅可以提高生产效率、优化资源配置，还可以为单位管理人员提供决策依据，从而不断地提高单位的经济效益。87279
本文根据人事管理系统的实际需求，采用B/S架构，使用了目前比较成熟的SSH2框架(Struts2+Hibernate+Spring)。Struts2负责表现层，主要用来管理用户的请求并作出响应；Spring负责业务逻辑层，管理事务操作；Hibernate负责持久层，将数据持久化到数据库。为了增强页面的表现能力，本系统还集成了基于Ajax的富客户端框架ExtJs。
论文介绍了单位人事管理系统的设计与实现，对系统使用的技术框架也进行了详细的分析介绍。然后对系统进行了需求分析和详细设计，并分析了系统主要的功能的实现方法。

Abstract With the reform of personnel system and the popularity of information technology。Units at all levels have an ever-growing demand for the computerization and networking of personnel information management。Personnel management system plays a very important role in a company。Choosing a suitable personal management system isa great help to improve the managing level of a company。 Establishing a set of reasonable and efficient personnel management system so as to change the personnel management from the original manual operations to the automation of computer。It can not only improve production efficiency and optimize resources,but also provide the policy-making basis for company officials so as to improve the economic benefits of companies。
According to the real demand of personal management,the system uses the B/S structure and relatively mature SSH2 architecture at present。Struts2 is mainly responsible for the presentation layer,managing users’ requests and responding。Spring is responsible for business logic and managing transaction operation。Hibernate is responsible for persistence layer and persisting the data to database。In order to enhance the display quality,the system also integrates ExtJs which is based on Ajax。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of the personnel management system,and gives a detailed analysis andpresentation to the system architecture。Then it carries on the demand analysis and the detailed design to the system, and analyzes the implement method of the main function of the system。
