摘要： 随着我国信息化的不断发展，企业业务管理系统也越来越流行于各大小公司之中，越来越多的公司使用业务管理系统对公司的业务进行流程化地管理。随着现代越来越简约化的趋势，业务流程被精简，这也一定程度上地提高了效率。
本课题尝试通过对翻译公司的业务管理系统信息化建设的实施，减少了人为的重复劳动、避免了不必要的错误，而且能够更加有效地对业务的各个环节的数据进行跟踪和管理，并且与历史数据资料进行随时对比与查询，可以有效、准确的控制当前以及未来的业务流程和方向，从而成功实行翻译公司的业务流程自动化、流程化、规范化。同时，采用Android手机端APP登录方式，随时查询自己的业务进展，做到良好的用户体验。
本课题进行了详细和充分的调研，对翻译公司的业务管理进行了充分的了解和设计。根据企业运营实际中需求，对系统进行了分析和设计。同时采用SSH框架进行业务管理系统平台框架的搭建和实施。实施完毕后也对其进行了充分的测试，确保系统的正确性。
通过该系统，员工和客户都可以方便地查看到业务的进展。

Translation Company Business Management System’s Design and Implementation
Abstract: With the continuous development of China’s information technology, business management systems are more and more popular in a wide variety of companies. More and more companies use the system to manager processes of the company’s businesses. With the increasingly simple modern trend, business processes are streamlined, and also to some extent to improve the efficiency.
The subject attempts by the implementation of the translation of the company’s business management system construction to reduce people’s work and avoid unnecessary mistakes. That can be able to more effectively track and manage all aspects accurate control of current and future business processes and direction, which success implementation of the translation company’s business processes automation, process and standardization. At the same time, through the use of the Android mobile terminal APP login, that can check the process of their business in anywhere. That gets a good user experience.
The subject has detailed and full investigation, and has a full understanding of the translation of the company's business management and design. According to the actual needs of business operations, I analysis and design the system. As the same time, I use SSH framework to build and implement business management system platform framework. Implementation after it has been fully tested to ensure the correctness of the system.
Through this system, employees and customers can easily view the progress of the business.
