摘要：随着互联网技术以及通讯技术的日新月异的发展，Internet正以它的高效性、丰富性、安全性得到越来越多人们的喜爱,随之而来的巨大商机和眼光长远的商人们的关注使得电子商务应运而生。本系统按照软件开发的基本流程，对网上销售系统进行了分析和结构设计。网上购物系统是建立在互联网上，进行商务活动的虚拟网络空间和保障顺利运营的管理环境；是协调、整合信息流、物质流、资金流，使其有序、关联、高效流动的重要场所。通过应用该系统，用户只需上网就能得到各种商品信息服务。网站管理人员也可以方便的通过数据库管理界面进行商品、留言、订单管理。同时实现商品管理、用户管理等功能。22933
企业网上销售系统强调以客户为中心，企业的活动围绕客户展开。使企业应用客户关系管理的理念，提高企业的客户关系管理水平。
本文根据中小企业的特点，制定了系统的实现方案。本文设计的系统采用Browser/Server架构模式进行设计。该系统应用Microsoft SQL Server 2008 作为数据库服务器，采用Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2008 作为开发平台，使用C#语言进行应用程序的开发，应用ADO.NET技术实现在互联网上高效数据库通信。
结合开发系统的需求特点，确定了系统功能模块和业务流程，完成了系统总体功能设计和各子系统的详细功能设计。本文企业网上销售系统设计实现了注册用户管理、商品管理、销售管理、客户管理、后台管理等界面。
