摘要：中小企业在国民经济中所扮演的角色很重要，也在逐步发展成为国家生产力的主力军，为萧条的就业市场注入新活力。中小企业在经济中的地位越来越重要，中小企业的发展一直以来受到融资难的困扰，企业融资的最主要途径是向银行贷款，由于银行信用规则的限制，中小企业向银行贷款很艰难，其中的原因包括银行信贷手续的繁杂，本文所研究的就是如何简化中小企业向银行贷款的程序，采用方法是以网络为载体。在设计中，准备实现对中小企业贷款条件的网上审核，简化贷款流程，实现网上操作贷款的各个步骤等。这个设计的意义在于简化了贷款企业和银行双方的工作程序，方便中小企业的贷款并减少花费，降低银行的贷款成本和人工费，也可为以后银行向网上业务的发展提供实践参考。设计着重从银行方面出发进行。24592

Functional design and implementation of commercial bank credit online self-service
Abstract: SMEs plays a very important role in the national economy, it has gradually become the main force in the development of the productive forces of the country. Also it makes contribution to the depressed job market. Although the position of SMEs in the economy becomes more and more important, however, the development of SMEs has been plagued by the difficulties in financing. And the corporate finance is the main way to bank loans, while due to the bank credit limitation rules. It is difficult to take out a loan from banks for SMEs. Reasons include bank credit procedures complicated. Studied in this paper is how to make simplifying procedures for SMEs to bank loans, the use of the method is a network carrier. In the design, we are ready to implement the conditions of the SME loans online review. Simplify the loan process, each step of the online operation to achieve the loan and so on. The significance of the design is to simplify the lending companies and banks on both sides work program to facilitate and reduce the cost of lending to SMEs.
