摘要：学生MIS系统管理是教学教务管理的一个重要内容。随着学院学生人数的增加，学生学籍管理工作也变得越来越复杂。学生MIS系统管理既有对学生基本信息的管理，同时也涉及到对学生学籍变更、奖励处罚信息的管理。
论文第一章对教育信息化的概念、目的和内容进行了概述，指出了教育信息化发展的要求，进而联系实际对高校教育信息化建设进行了概述。主要讲述系统开发的研究现状、指导思想和理论依据。
论文第二章对教学管理信息系统的总体研究和设计进行了阐述。在对学生MIS管理信息的内容和流程进行详细分析的基础上，划分了系统的功能模块，以及列举了部分系统数据流程。
论文第三章提出系统的数据库详细设计，对系统的用户权限进行了分配。对系统开发实现的关键技术和系统环境以及系统程序的优化进行了分析，并且对系统实现的部分功能代码进行了列举。
论文最后部分展示了系统的运作流程，对此次的系统研究设计与开发进行了总结，指出本系统的优点与不足，以望今后能不断改善和提高，同时展望系统开发以及教育信息化发展的美好前景与未来。24607

Research and Achievements platform to MIS System for Student Management
Abstract: Student MIS systems management is a important part of teaching educational administration. With the increase in the number of college students, the Student Management has become increasingly complex. Student MIS systems management both on the students basic information management, but also involves changes to the Student Management award punishment information. Student MIS system greatly improves the work efficiency, saving manpower and material resources, and ultimately meet the needs of teaching management, but also become a symbol of modern teaching management.
In chapter one, the content of the concept about educational information, an overview of the purpose and, pointed out the requirements of the development of education information, and then practice for higher education information technology are outlined. Research focuses on the status of system development, the guiding ideology and theory.
In chapter two, the overall design of the student MIS management information systems are described. On the basis of the school teaching content and process management information for detailed analysis, the pision of the functional modules of the system, as well as lists of the system data flow.
In chapter three, detailed design of proposed system database, user rights system were allocated. Setting the key technology and system development and optimization of the system to achieve the system program is analyzed, and the function code of the part of the system implementation for the enumeration.
The last one, shows the operational flow system for the design and development of systems research are summarized, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of this system to look in the future can continue to improve and enhance, but outlook bright future system development and the development of information technology in education and future.
