摘 要投票系统需要经过确定投票方案、设置投票项目、发布和回收投票问卷、统计投票结果、分析投票数据等环节。在传统手工方式下，各环节面临着速度慢，效率低，差错多，分析难等诸多问题。所以设计一套简单实用的投票系统是非常有必要的，它可以帮助人们更高效地收集统计数据。随着现代社会人文科学的的不断发展，计算机科学也随之变得日趋完善，其强大的能力和作用也日益得到凸显，现在几乎在所有领域都可以见到它们的身影。
本毕业论文就何建立一套相对完善的投票系统进行了系统的、详细的、全面的论述。访问网上投票系统的用户分为会员、管理员和客户（即发布投票的人）三种角色。会员的主要功能有：在线注册会员，查看投票内容，进入投票，查看系统公告模块。系统中的管理员的主要功能有：投票项目管理，系统公告信息管理，会员的注册信息的管理。5014

Abstract
The voting system includes the steps of setting down voting scheme,setting up voting projects,release and retreat vote questionnaire,presenting statistics of voting results and analyzing the statistical data, etc. But if we vote in the traditional manual approach,it would be slow,less efficient or could make error and too hard to analyze. So to design a set of simple and practical voting system is necessary,it can help people more efficiently to collect statistical data. With the continuous development of the humanities in modern society, computer science has become increasingly perfect, its powerful ability and benefit is also increasing highlights,now it will be visible in almost all fields.
In this paper, we discuss on how to establish a set of perfect voting system systematically and comprehensively. Users to access the system are pided into three kinds of role: members, administrators and the customer (The people releases a vote). The main functions of membership are: online registration, online voting poll, enter the vote, view the system announcement module. The main functions of the system administrator are: voting project management, releasing a announcement,administrating registration information.
