摘要：随着科技的发展，互联网技术的不断崛起，传统的生活方式已经不能够满足人们的需求，现在的人们衣食住行基本上都和互联网分不开。例如，衣食住行中的住，以前人们租房子都是到当地的房屋中介寻找房源，现在的人们租房子基本上都是通过网络资源来寻找房源，本系统主要是给房主和求租者提供一个桥梁，可以让两者直接的交流，同时也为中介管理者提供了一个方便快捷的管理手段。本系统主要采用Visual C#作为主要的开发工具数据库主要运用Microsoft SQL Server，符合现状发展需要的房屋出租管理系统，最后研发的系统可以准确方便地对房屋出租信息进行管理，包括出租人信息，承租人信息、房屋信息，客户入住、房屋查询、客户查询和利润信息等功能。经过对系统进行测试结果显示，该系统操作快捷简单，适用于房屋中介等企业。91242
