摘要：随着我国的经济不断发展，我国与世界各地的贸易需求不断增加，也随之催生了我国船舶行业近些年来高速的发展。但是随着船舶的大量建造，船厂内的安全生产事故也频发。近些年来船舶企业的安全生产问题越来越受到重视，因而仔细思考船厂安全生产和安全巡检工作是十分有必要的。微信是由腾讯公司推出的一款手机即时通讯应用，随着互联网技术和微信的不断发展，基于微信的各种应用系统也应运而生。微信提供了功能丰富微信公众平台接口，这对开发者进行二次开发应用提供了良好的支持。其中微信小程序是微信团队于今年推出一种新型的应用平台，有着开发相对简单，开发成本低，但功能十分强大的特点，这些优点给微信小程序带来了良好的应用前景。

本文在对目前国内外船厂的安全巡检流程研究的基础上，结合船厂的实际生产情况，开发了基于微信的船厂安全巡检程序。论文以安全巡检流程为基础，从当前国内外巡检的发展状况出发，提出了微信巡检的设想。根据船厂安全巡检服务的应用场景及需求确定了解决方案和相关技术措施，并对基于微信平台的安全巡检系统的主要功能进行了测试，验证了基于微信平台的安全巡检技术服务的可行性。

Abstract：With the continuous development of China's economy, China's trade demand  with the rest of the world increased over time, and it also boosted China's ship industry in recent years. With the construction of ships, accidents in shipyards were frequent. In recent years, the ship enterprises has paid more and more attention to the safety. Therefore, it was very necessary to think deeply about the safe production and safety inspection of shipyards. Wechat is an instant messaging mobile application launched by Tencent Group. With the continuous development of Internet technology and Wechat, various applications based on Wechat also come into being. Wechat provides a feature-rich Wechat public platform interface, and it also provides good support of the secondary development. Wechat Mini Program is launched by Wechat team this year. It’s a new application platform and easy to develop, costing lower, but the functions are very powerful. These advantages create a good application prospect of Wechat Mini Program.

In this paper, I make some research on the safety inspection process of domestic and abroad shipyards, combining with the actual production situation of shipyards. Then I develop a Wechat Mini Program about safety-inspection in shipyards. Based on the process of safety-inspection in domestic shipyards, this paper puts forward the idea of Wechat inspection from the current development situation of domestic and international inspection technology. According to the shipbuilding safety inspection service application scenarios and needs to determine the solution and related technical measures, the main function of the safety-inspection system based on WeChat platform is tested, so as to verify the possibility of the safety-inspection technology service based on Wechat in the last part of this paper.
