摘要：了缓解全国地区之间以及区域之间医疗资源分配不均，让高水平医疗机构或者具有专项优势的医疗机构在医疗行业共享其成功经验成果，以促进全国医疗水平的提高，为社会带来更便捷、可靠的医疗服务。因此建设一个公众号管理系统，针对此系统开发，采用前后端分离开发模式；前端使用angularjs框架、bootstrap类库；后端使用spring框架、mybatis技术并提供restful风格接口为前端提供服务，使得与前端通过json方式进行通讯。该公众号管理系统分为两个子系统：医疗机构发布资源的web网页客户端系统和医生或医疗从业人员浏览资源的移动客户端系统；web网页客户端系统有云门户、云消息两个模块，在云门户中，有内容管理与文章管理功能，通过内容管理提供了视频资源创建与编辑，文章管理提供了文章资源创建与编辑；移动客户端系统有消息、订阅、通讯录、我等四个模块，在通讯录中可以添加好友，在消息中接受好友消息或群组信息，在订阅中获取最新医疗机构发布的信息，在我中可以设置终端系统基本配置信息。测试结果表明此系统可以更便捷地共享发布的视频或文章资源，该系统操作简便，目标明确，界面简洁友好，为医疗行业提供一个具有实际应用价值平台。

Abstract：In order to alleviate the uneven distribution of medical resources between regions and between district, high-level medical institutions or medical institutions with special advantages in the medical industry to share their successful experience to promote the national medical level, for the community to bring more convenient and reliable medical service. So it is need to build a public number management system using frontend and backend supporting service api of restful style separation development model. The public number management system is pided into two subsystems: the web page client system which the medical organization publishes the resources and the mobile client system which user who may is doctor or medical stuff browsing resource; the web page client system has the cloud portal, the cloud news two modules, in the cloud portal, has content management and article management functions, through the content management provides video resource sharing, article management provides article resource sharing; mobile client system has news supporting to accept friends or group message, subscriptions supporting to obtain the latest information published by medical institutions, contacts supporting to add new friends, me supporting to set the basic configuration of the system. The test results show that this system can more easily share the published video or article resources, the system is simple, clear target, the interface is simple and friendly, for the medical industry to provide a practical application value platform.
