摘要:伴随着我国科学技术的发展,国民经济跟着迅速的提高,与此同时,对于化工产品相关的危险运输品也越来越多,因为铁路运输的优势,我国大部分的危险品货物要经过铁路运输。我国危险货物的铁路运输绝大部分是长距离运输,在运输货物的过程中,易燃气体是一个潜在的危险源,在运输过程中由于各种原因造成泄漏将对铁路沿途的人员和环境造成很大的危害因此很有必要对铁路运输易燃气体进行事故分析与风险评估为了能够建立铁路危险货物运输环境风险管理信息系统,建立事故应急预案具有极其重要意义。29746
因为铁路运输本身固有的特点,易燃气体的铁路运输和公路运输也存在很大的差异铁路运输与公路运输相比,线路选择灵活性较差,列车中通常包含多辆运载有危险货物的车辆,各列车运输危险货物量有很大的差异,铁路易燃气体运输具有事故概率小的特点,可是一旦发生事故,由于列车运输危险货物运输量较大,造成的影响也较公路运输大的多。
Glickman等根据之前的铁路运输的统计数据,总结了危险货物运输中可能出现的三种事故类型,文献提出,线路的改善和升级,可降低事故的发生概率,文献,提出了事故发生时社会和个人风险的权衡方法,文献分析了铁路运输过程中可能造成车辆倾覆和危险货物泄漏的因素,对铁路危险货物安全运输具有特别的指导意义。
本文采用了高斯烟羽模型,建立了易燃气体在铁路运输中泄漏后的扩散模型,利用该模型分析了易燃气体泄漏后的扩散区域情况,本文以该模型分析方法为基础分析了铁路运输危险货物过程中多泄漏源对扩散区域的影响,并对铁路运输危险货物运输进行了风险评估,分析了易燃气体泄漏后,在不同气候和列车编组情况下,事故对周围环境的影响,这对于保证铁路危险货物的安全运输,制订危险货物运输相关的应急预案,具有重要理论指导意义
