摘要： 随着现代信息社会的不断发展和Internet技术得到快速的推广，信息技术渐渐成为了人们不可或缺的一部分，针对一些调查的相关需求，根据自己对办公助手的理解和周围同学的需求所设计的一款办公自动化系统。本系统包括以下软件拟包括以下模块：基本信息管理、会议及约会提示、好友生日提示、重要日程安排、以及其它功能的个性化管理和设计等。采用了HTML，PHP进行前台程序编写语言。实现了系统的功能目标。在数据库方面，合理设计了MYSQL库表结构，实现了相关数据的存储与提取。本系统采用了个性化的UI界面设计，可以在一定程度上提高办公效率，实现了重要日程（如约会提示、好友生日提示、重要会议安排）的备忘。30827
