摘要：我国政治文化经济政策随着时代发生的优化改革现象使得我国许多中小企业得到了蓬勃向上的发展。中小型企业是一些从事商品买卖的企业，企业的发展导致了客户数量的增多从而又导致了企业财务工作日的日渐复杂而这又进一步给企业的日常工作带来了一定的问题。因此改良企业经营管理形式的企业采购控制管理系统便因此而产生了。该系统是包含产品信息管理，进货与退货的信息管理,销售的信息管理,仓库的信息管理,往来单位的信息的管理，统计分析的管理及系统本身的管理。医药、超市等行业可以广泛的使用该系统。本系统选用的是VS 2008软件开发环境而进行开发的，数据库采则是采用的SQL Server2005数据库来存放本系统中使用到得数据，另外本系统使用B/S框架进行开发。33213

The system can be widely used in medicine, supermarkets and other industries.The system selects is vs 2008 software development environment for development, database mining is using SQL Server2005 database to store the system used in the data, also the system use B / S framework development.
