摘要： 现代社会中，越来越多的企业已经实现了办公自动化，人事管理系统便是办公自动化的一个体现。而随着现代计算机技术的快速发展，利用计算机来实现企业的人事管理已经非常普遍。本系统经过了反复的现场调研，结合了私企实际的人事管理制度，采用了功能强大的Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具，以Access 2003作为数据库，开发了单机版的私企人事管理系统。整个系统给用户提供了一个简洁友好、方便实用的界面进行应用，操作简单易懂，能够基本完成私企的人事管理需求，包括员工基本信息的管理、员工考勤和工资的管理、部门调动的信息更改等。经过了实际的测试与使用，本文所设计的私企人事管理系统确实可以满足私企人事管理方面的基本需求。34310

The Design and Implementation of Private Companies’ Personnel Management
Abstract: In modern society, more and more companies have realized OA(Office Automation), which is the reflection on personnel management system. Also, with the rapid development of computer technology, it’s so common to use computer to realize the enterprise's HR management. After repetitive on-site researching and combining with the practical systems of private companies’ personnel management, I used powerful Visual Basic 6.0 as the development tool and Access 2003 as database to develop a single version of the private companies’ personnel management system. The entire system gives users a simple and friendly interface for applications which can basically meet the private company personnel management’s needs, including basic employee information management, attendance and payroll management, the update of department changing and so on. After the testing and practical using, the private company personnel management system designed in this article does meet the basic needs of private companies’ personnel management.
