摘 要：随着Internet的飞速发展以及互联网技术的广泛应用，人们获取和处理信息的方式正在经历革命性的变革。对于企业来说，最重要的则是他们的客户信息。一个管理客户信息系统将是各大公司的战略工具，它不仅可以完成对客户的管理，便于对客户的定位，还可用以长久保存，减少额外成本。本文阐述了上海东方有线通宽带客户服务支持系统的开发目的、过程以及主要的功能模块。本系统基于B/S架构，采用ASP开发语言和SQL Server数据库的开发方式。系统分为前台和后台两部分，前台具有用户登陆，宽带业务查询、预订，售后等功能模块；后台则包括管理员登录，宽带业务管理，订单、售后管理包括添加、删除等功能模块。最终设计完成一个界面简约，实用易操作的客户服务支持系统。35000

The Customer retention strategies of Shanghai Oriental Cable Network and its support system planning and design services
Abstract:With the wide application of the rapid development of Internet and internet technology, people acquire and process information means and methods are undergoing revolutionary change. For them, the most important is their customer information. A system for managing customer information will be the major company needed a strategic tool that can not only complete management of customers, facilitate customer orientation, but also for the long-term preservation, reducing the company additional funding. This paper describes the Shanghai Oriental Cable broadband customer service support system through the development of purpose, process and major functional blocks. The system is based on B / S architecture, the use of ASP development mode development language and SQL Server databases. System is pided into two parts, foreground and background, foreground with user login, broadband services show broadband business inquiries, online booking broadband, service and other functional modules; background includes administrator login, broadband service management, order and customer information management, including add, delete, and other functional modules. The final design is a simple interface, the customer service support system practical and easy to operate.
