摘要众所周知，传统的人力管理方式早已不能满足企业日益发展的需求，实现企业合理的人事管理非常重要。该系统实现了用户可以直接通过系统网站就可以查看人力资源信息，节省的大量的时间和精力，代替以往纸质繁琐的工作。46047
本论文通过使用ASP.NET+数据库SQL+ B/S架构实现一个企业办公自动化管理系统。该系统分为两个角色：管理员和员工。管理员不仅仅可以进行查看员工的信息（包括增加、删除、修改的操作），还可以发布部门信息、考勤信息以及员工工资操作。员工则可以查看包括（消息、工资、考勤、档案）管理的信息，以便及时了解公司的最新情况和个人消息。该系统的主要目的在于提供高效率管理企业的人力资源，发现问题可以及时的解决。实现自动化办公已经成为一个企业的重中之重。

ABSTRACT
As we all know, with the increasing of personnel, the enterprise will be a certain degree of difficulty in the management. To achieve a reasonable personnel management business is very important. In accordance with previous personnel management, not only in the energy or the time it is time-consuming and laborious. And in the long tedious work, errors naturally inevitable. How to solve, how to reduce errors, to enable enterprises to be more scientific we explore the topic.
In this paper, ASP.NET +database SQL +B/S architecture for an enterprise management system through the use of office automation. The system is pided into two roles: administrators and employees. Administrators can not view employee information (including add, delete, modify operation), you can also publish information department, staff salaries and attendance information management operations; employees can view the function of information to keep abreast of the latest situation of the company and personal messages. The main purpose of the system is to provide efficient management of corporate human resources, identify problems and timely resolution.
