摘要： 随着计算机网络技术与通信技术的发展，人类已进入信息化社会，人们对信息和数据的利用与处理也已进入自动化、网络化和社会化阶段，因此，开发相关的信息管理系统已成为社会各行各业之必须，计算机学科作为一门边缘学科，集管理科学、信息科学、系统科学、现代通信技术和计算机技术于一身，可以解决企业或组织所面临的问题。图书管理系统：能进行图书馆管理系统能实测国民经济和企业的各种运行情况；利用过去的数据预测未来；从企业全局出发辅助企业进行管理决策；利用信息控制企业的行为；帮助企业实现其规划目标。图书馆管理系统合运用了管理科学，系统科学，运筹学，统计学，计算机科学等学科的知识。可以通俗的简化的描述图书馆管理系统的三要素：系统的观点、数学的方法以及计算机的应用。

People who use of the information,data and processing has entered the stage of automation, network and socialization. As a result, the development of the information management system has become more and more necessary in the social. The computer science as a marginal discipline, management science, information science, system science, modern communication technology and computer technology can solve the problems what is faced by enterprises or organizations. Books management system can measured the various operation of national economy and enterprises. It also can use the past data of predict the future. It can manage decision-making starting from the enterprise global auxiliary enterprise.It can use of information to control the behavior of the enterprise.It can help companies to achieve their objectives. The books management system uses the management science, system science, operational research, statistics, computer science and other subject knowledge. It can descripte of the books management system of three elements: system point of view, mathematics method and computer application.
