摘 要：企业人事管理系统是一个企业单位不可缺少的部分，随着时代的进步，企业人事管理正走向科学化、规范化、自动化，开发一个人事管理系统就显得非常必要。本企业人事管理系统具有如下功能：员工基本信息、员工假期信息、员工工资信息、员工考勤信息的录入、删除、修改、查询等。本文描述了上述功能模块的设计与开发过程，系统的数据库设计和软件测试等重要过程也一并作了叙述。系统采用C#作为开发语言，数据库采用SQL Server 2005数据库，应用Visual Studio 2010开发环境实现。测试表明，蓝山人事管理系统达到既定的基本功能需求，系统操作简便，有一定的实用性。56967

Abstract: The enterprise personnel management system is an essential part of a company. With the development of the times, it is necessary to develop a personnel management system toward scientification, standardization and automation. The functions of the system are as follows: general information on the staff, the vacation and the wages, the input, deletion, modification and query of the employee attendance information etc. This study explores the design and development of the function modules described above, the data design and software testing as well. Furthermore, development language C#, SQL Server 2005, a database, and Visual Studio 2010 which is the development environment are applied to the system. The test indicates that Lanshan personnel management system has a good practicability with basic functions and easy system operation.
