摘要：为了了解大学生手机依赖和心理健康的关系，研究两者之间的相互作用，为高校大学生的心理健康教育提供基本依据。采用了完全随机抽样方法，在学院共抽取200名大学生，运用大学生手机依赖问卷和一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)进行测试。结果显示大学生手机依赖得分在性别与专业类型间差异没有统计学意义，虽然女生和文科学生手机依赖得分更高；但是在年级上大学生手机依赖和心理健康却有显著差异，有统计学意义（p<0.05）。大学生手机依赖得分与一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)得分不呈统计学相关。研究还不能表明，大学生手机依赖对心理健康问题具有一定的影响作用。结论是大学生手机依赖仅在年级上有显著差异，在性别、专业上差别不显著，大学生手机依赖和心理健康可能不存在相关关系。关键字：手机依赖；心理健康；大学生8130
Relation between Mobile Phone Addiction and Mental Health among College Students
——the normal university of zhoukou
Abstract :In order to explore the association between mobile phone addiction and mental health among college students,provide basic theory for mental health education in college.By completely random sampling method ,this study selected 200 students in zhoukou normal university,then do the tests through the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Questionnaire and the Normal Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12).The results revealed that there was not significant differences in genders and majors, although the mobile phone addiction scores of students girls and the liberal arts were higher;but the mobile phone addiction was not correlated with the total scores of the normal health questionnaire .Moreover,the research can not show that Mental health problems had significant impact for mobile phone addiction .The conclusion indicated that there was a significant differences only in grade for college students ,there was not a significant differences in professional and gender.It also suggests that mobile phone addiction may not be an important variable to influence mental health among college students.
