摘要：本课题设计的系统是一个运行稳定，功能易扩展，方便员工使用的自助服务平台。实现每位员工进行自助入职，自助进行基本信息、在职信息、教育背景信息、技能信息等员工信息的管理功能，系统管理功能用以确保信息数据的安全性和可靠性。该系统将提高企业的管理效率，为员工提供更好的服务。该系统使用Java EE 6技术进行开发。确定展示层使用JSF2.0标准，业务层使用EJB标准的最新版本3.1，数据访问层则使用流行的A2.0和Mybatis的基本方案，为系统开发提供稳定的技术架构。采用B/S结构可以使公司员工只需通过浏览器就能访问系统，降低了使用难度。本论文在对MBP员工信息管理系统进行分析的基础上，论述该系统的设计和实施，介绍实现该系统的功能应用体系结构Java EE 6技术，并重点研究介绍了JSF2.0、EJB3.1、A2.0和Mybatis等主流技术在实际开发中的应用。随着现代员工信息管理系统逐步完善，Java EE平台的逐步成熟和广泛使用，这个课题提出的基于Java EE技术的员工信息管理系统也将有广泛的应用，为进一步实现更完善的员工信息管理系统奠定了良好的基础。
