本文论述的系统是是基于B/S结构，即Browser/Server(浏览器/服务器)结构的，MySQL作为其数据库，基于MVC框架模式，使用了JSP+Struts+Hibernate的技术组合。通过本系统能够很大程度的方便用户在浏览器上了解医院的介绍，专家和科室等具体的信息，引导用户选择适合的专家和医疗服务。

Title Design and implementation based on B / S structure of the online appointment registration system
Abstract
Hospital system has an important role in our everyday life.However, with the development of the times , the increase in population and the accelerated pace of life,the traditional modes of hospital in register have already not satisfied people’s more and more high demand for time and convenience. In recent years, the rise of online appointment registration system shows the potential need of people and the trend of the times. For those medical institutions engaged in large-scale medical services, online booking for its importance is self-evident. Online appointment registration system can help hospitals standardized management, especially the help on the management of the information is evident. At the same time, it is conducive to make patients get the latest news soon，and is convenient for patients to communicate with hospital.
The system discussed by this article is based on B / S structure which is explained as browser / server structure. The database is MySQL，and the frame mode is MVC. The system uses JSP + Struts + Hibernate as the combination of technologies. This system enables users to understand conveniently the introduction of the hospitals and specific information of experts and department through a browser，and guide the users to select the appropriate experts and medical services.
