教学质量评价系统的设计和实施，由分为教研组（管理员）、教师、学生组 成。教研组主要是要是对老师信息数据库的导入和删除等操作与对教学评定相关 信息的分类统计，以评估结果。该系统采用 JSP 开发工具使用 MySQL 数据库。本 文讨论了系统的分析，从实施的全过程，解释系统实施的基本思路，系统地介绍 不同的功能模块和相关技术。

Abstract
Design and implementation of teaching quality evaluation system is set in the new curriculum reform, ready to develop a management system.
