摘要：随着汽车的普及，能源消耗、环境污染问题日益凸显，公共自行车的使用可以有效地促进这些问题的解决。同时，使用公共自行车还可以改善人们的健康状况、提高人们的生活质量。随着公共自行车使用人群的增长，对公共自行车的管理成为了一个重要问题，而开发一个高效、易用的公共自行车管理系统是解决该问题的关键。翱翔公共自行车管理系统一方面可以解决自行车的租借问题；另一方面还可以对车辆信息进行有效的管理。本系统使用ASP.Net技术进行开发，以C#作为编程语言进行设计，使用的数据库为SQL Server 2005。普通用户可以通过注册登录本系统，然后进行车辆预约、车辆信息查询以及个人信息的修改等；管理员登录本系统后能够实现车辆管理、用户管理以及订单管理等功能。71700

Design and implementation of the Soar public bicycle management system
Abstract: With the popularity of cars.the problem of energy consumption and environmental pollution has gradually become a hot issue. Using public bicycle is helpful to tackle these problem effectively, and it is also helpful to improve people's health and the quality of their life. Now, with the growth of the population who used the public bicycles.It’s important to manage the public bicycles. So developing a high efficient and easy-to-use public bicycle management system is the key to solve this problem.The design of the soar public bicycle management system on the one hand is to solve the problem of bicycle rental, on the other hand is to manage the vehicle information effectively. The development of the system based on ASP.Net technology ,use the C # as a programming language to design, use the SQL Server 2005 as it’s database. The main function of the system is that ordinary users can reserve a vehicle ,see the information of the vehicle and modify their personal information after login.the administrator can manage the vehicle , the users and the orders after login.
