摘要当前，网络对人民的生活产生了巨大影响。网络的高速发展，颠覆了以往的房产信息传播方式，打破了过去时间，空间的局限性。极大的提高了人们的物质文化生活水平。房屋销售管理平台因此应运而生。72088
本系统是一个基于B/S模式服务于公众的网上房屋销售管理系统，是记集房屋信息和内容管理的全站式管理系统，传统的管理方式信息繁多杂乱，而本系统呈现给大家的是信息式网站，用户可以方便快速的查询浏览需要的信息。
本文正是以JAVA技术作为前提开发了一个供有购房需求的用户交流的平台，采用了MySQL数据库和JSP等技术。

Design and Implementation of Housing Sales Management System
Abstract Now,the Internet has had a great impact on people's lives。The rapid development of the network,overturns the previous mode of information transmission of real estate,brokes the past time and space limitations。Greatly improving the level of the people's material and cultural life,housing sales management platform so arises at the historic moment。
This system is based on B/S mode in the service of the public。It is a collection of housing information and content management of the total station management system,the traditional way of managing information is various and disorderly,but this system is presented to all of us is the information site,users can easily and quickly find the required information。
This article is based on the JAVA technology as a prerequisite for the development of a demand for the purchase of the user exchange platform,using MySQL database and JSP technology,etc。
