摘要企业在与客户合作的时候，需要及时的处理和接受来自客户信息和数据。企业客户关系管理系统可以帮助企业了解和查询客户的信息，及时获得客户的反馈和信息，这样可以保证企业与客户合作的成功率。72971

我所设计的系统使用了JSP、Servlet技术和SQL Server2005数据库来实现系统的应用，通过这些技术，我们可以很好的对信息进行分析，从而帮助企业更好的了解客户的需求和条件，从而可以及时的调整对客户的服务条件，这样我们的系统可以帮助企业最大化的提高客户的满意程度，实现企业更好的商业目的和未来的发展。

Abstract When an enterprise is cooperating with its clients, it’s critical to receive and interpret messages and data from clients in real time。 A enterprise-client relationship management system is capable of facilitating the understanding and searching in messages from clients, fetching real time feedbacks from clients, and thus in turn guarantee the chance of succeeding the cooperation between the enterprise and its clinets。

I incorporated JSP and SQL technology in my deign for this system to achieve the functionality of processing, analyzing, and searching messages from clients。

This Enterprise-Client Managemnet System has a broad application in the future。

My system will benefit from the improving computing and networking technology which keeps getting more advanced at jet speed nowadays。

Not to mention this system is rendered in a simple and clean user interface to offer an easy and convenient operation for users。
