摘要伴随着企业间日渐激烈的竞争，信息管理在企业的发展中的地位越来越重要。本中小型企业管理系统为B/S模式，使用Java和MySQL数据库来开发，主要包括三个模块：员工信息管理模块，包括员工入职、人事调动和员工信息编辑；考勤管理模块，包括对员工考勤情况进行记录和考勤记录的编辑；员工工资管理模块，能够根据考勤记录计算出员工的应发工资。有三种类型用户：管理员，登陆后可以做所有系统具有的功能所对应的操作；人事部经理，拥有权限对员工的基本信息、考勤情况做对应的操作；部门经理，只能查看员工的基本信息，同样可以对考勤情况做对应的操作。本管理系统相比人工管理模式，以及市面上已有的类似系统具有公正、严谨等很多优势，保证了企业能在激烈的市场竞争中不断发展前进。73669

Design and Implementation of SME Personnel Management System
Abstract With the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, the information management is becoming increasingly important in the development of enterprises。 This management system with B/S module is developed with My SQL database and the Java programming language, including three modules: employee information management, which can add employees, change the situation of personnel and update the information of employees; attendance management, which can record and update the employee's situation of attendance; salary management, which can calculate the salary according to the attendance record。 There are three types of users: administrator can do all operations; personnel manager can have the right to do operations to employee information and attendance; department manager can only view employee information and record attendance。 Compared with the pattern of manual management and the existed common system in the market, this system has the advantages of justice, preciseness and so on, which makes sure that the companies can keep moving forward in the heated market competition。
