结合 GIS 强大的空间数据管理技术，构建基于微信公众平台的数字校园。旨在利 用微信的服务平台下，提供校园地图服务、校园事务获取、辅助管理决策更好服 务与校园内外学生、教职人员进行校内信息获取，便捷校园生活，让信息化校园 的观念更进一步发展。

本文综合分析微信公众平台与数字校园在国内发展现状，重点在介绍微信公 众平台理论基础之上，使用 GIS 对地图服务管理技术，用地图服务框架丰富数字 校园内涵。并以范大学数字校园系统开发为例，构建基于微信公众平台的 数字校园系统。文章从微信公众平台理论基础入手，通过对微信公众平台运作机

制的阐述，对基于微信公众平台的数字校园进行系统总体设计，依照系统需求结 合师范大学实际提出一套数字校园的开发架构，对数字校园数据库进行设计， 对系统功能进行解读，最后叙述系统的实现。

Abstract Digital campus is a new educational software, using highly developed computer network as the core technology, combined digital and intelligent new education, learning and research platform, in order to share information and knowledge resources. WeChat has high loading probability and it provides public platform  service, combined with powerful GIS spatial data management technology, can construct Digital Campus based on Micro Message Public Platform. Aimed to use Micro Message Public Platform provide campus map services, campus affairs acquisition, auxiliary management decision-making to better service both on and off campus students. They can get campus’ information easily and enjoy convenient campus life, developing the concept of campus informatization.

This paper base on the comprehensive analysis of Micro Message  Public Platform and digital campus development in domestic.The key in this research  is using GIS techology to design map service management system based on MP to rich digital campus connotation.Taking Jiangsu Normal University as an example, it research construct digital campus system based on Micro Message Public Platform. Starting from introduce theoretical basis of WeChat public platform and WeChat public platform’s operating mechanism. Then paper refers a digital campus system development framework and design a digital campus database. Next, it elaborates digital campus system function. Last, it’s the description of system implementation.
