高层住宅小区管理网站使用JSP语言开发，管理员能够对业主信息进行初始化，不需要业主注册，为业主登陆网站提供方便。对报修情况的管理使管理员能第一时间受理并及时为业主解决问题。管理员还有管理投诉信息、网站公告、新闻资讯等功能。业主管理中的留言功能，更是为工作繁忙的业主提供了便利，不用再抽时间去物业中心咨询。业主还有进行物业投诉、查看个人缴费信息等功能。网站还允许外来访客访问与查看基本信息。

    本网站能很好地实现对小区日常管理和服务的处理，操作简单实用，能够很好地满足管理人员的管理需求以及业主高质量、高效率的服务要求。

Designing and Implementation of High-rise Residence Management Website

Abstract In densely populated cities,high-rise residence not only save land resources,but also ease the pressure on urban population。having a place in urban housing construction。In high-rise residence management,we need to pay more attention to the elevator maintenance, domestic water supply and other property services。Particularly the exchange between the owners and property,more needs to be managed by a network tool achieve a more convenient, fast and safe service。

High-rise residence management website development language  is JSP。 Administrators can initialize the information owners, the owners do not need to register, provide convenience for the owners to go to the website。 To repair the situation allows administrators to manage and promptly accepted the first time for the owners to solve the problem。 Manager also have other features of  manage complaints information, website announcements, news and so on。 Owners management of message function, it is provided to facilitate the work of busy owners,whose do not have time to property advisory centre apply again and again。 Owners also have other features of complaints in property and view profile payment information。 The site also allows foreign visitors to access and view basic information。

The website can achieve a good service to the community and daily management process, simple and practical, can well meet the management needs of managers and owners of high-quality, efficient service requirements。
