VB+ACCESS企业间OEM业务增值税发票核查系统的设计与实现

摘要：随着2016年全面“营改增”的推行，营业税正式退出了历史舞台，增值税则成为了各类企业经营中不可避免要接触的税种。作为增值税的抵扣凭证，增值税专用发票因其特殊的作用，其实具有了现金的性质。核实发票信息，已经成为了企业采购付款前最重要的一环。本次课题针对企业OEM业务发票数量大、金额多的情况，对一些OEM模式经营的企业进行了调研、针对调研结果总结出相关系统设计的要点并对企业OEM业务间的发票往来核查进行管理系统的设计与开发，来达到完善企业内控，快速核查增值税发票信息的目的。本文主要对企业OEM业务采购流程、现有发票检查管理、管理系统开发过程、功能进行了描述。本系统采用VB6。0+ACCESS数据库进行设计。系统主要功能模块有供应链相关管理模块、发票管理模块、发票审核模块及用户管理模块等。74684

Design and Realization of VAT Invoice Verification and Management System for OEM Business

Abstract: With the program of BT reforms to VAT’s fully implementation in 2016, BT is officially out of the stage of history 。Now, almost all businesses need to pay VAT。 As a deductible certificate of VAT, because its specific function, special VAT invoice is as important as money。 Check information in special VAT invoices now become a very important work before company pay。 This Specific VAT Management System design based on OEM business process and the purpose of this system is to improve corporate financial internal control and quickly check invoices’ information。 This paper focuses on OEM company purchase process, the current system of invoices management, system development, function, etc。 are described。 The system use VB6。0+ACCESS database design。 The main function module include supplier management module, order management module, storage management module, invoice management module, invoice checking module and user management module, etc。
