摘 要:在社会经济高速发展,城市车辆数量快速增加的背景下,核心地区停车难已经成为十分普遍的问题。对停车场进行智能化管理,可以提高现有停车场的利用率,增加运营收入,并为司机提供人性化的服务。智能停车场系统分停车场车辆感知、识别与引导子系统和网络服务管理子系统两个部分。前者由单片机、车位传感器、引导指示灯等构成,负责将车辆信息通过RS232总线传送给服务器,后者为Web服务器软件,整合了数据库、ASP动态网页开发,使用Visual Studio2010和SQL Serve数据库实现了基于B/S结构的停车场管理系统,实现了管理员、车主、停车场三种不同用户的登陆,以及相应的不同功能。测试结果表明,本系统具有良好的性能和可扩展性,响应速度和运行效率都比较高,基本符合实际的停车场管理需要。 78010

Abstract:With the rapid economic development and the rapid increase of city vehicles, the parking difficulty has become a very common problem in city。 The intelligent management to the parking lot can improve the utilization of existing parking lot, the increase in operating income, it also can provide the humanized service for drivers。 Intelligent parking system is pided into two parts, which are vehicle perception, identification and guidance subsystem and network service management subsystem。 The former is made up of SCM, the parking sensor and LED indicator light which is responsible for the vehicle information is transmitted to the server through the RS232 bus。 The latter is the Web server software which integrates the SQL, ASP dynamic web development technology。 It uses the Microsoft Visual Studio2010 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and it implements the parking management system which based on the B/S structure。 It implements the function of three different user login which including system administrators, the car owner and the parking lot。 Test results show that the system has good performance and scalability, high response speed and efficiency which is in line with the actual park management system。
