大学生心理健康教育平台需要的环境是Windows XP及以上系统，基于WEB的网络编程开发语言C#，所以需要开发人员熟练使用C#语言进行网络编程，以及运用SQL语言对相关数据库进行操作。操作人员还应具有一定的数据库开发功底及编程能力。网页设计开发工具VS2005 和SQL2005数据库的结合，使网页界面设计简单快捷，并且有Windows稳定的运行环境作支持，从功能和性能上完全能够满足系统的要求，因此从技术方面开发此系统是可行的。10095
