摘要随着科技的发展，电子化的管理系统已应用到社会的各个领域。大小企业所沿用的传统的手工管理模式已经逐渐不能适应时代的发展，开发适合自身需求的管理系统才是寻求发展之道的正确方法。80158
本文设计实现了一套基于Web技术的B/S结构的简单的工作流管理系统，系统前端主要以JSP作为开发语言，后台使用MySQL作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用Tomcat进行开发，通过这个管理平台，可以实现人员和人事管理的系统化和规范化，使人员从繁杂的数据查询和统计中解脱出来，减少工作量。系统包含管理员、部门经理、普通员工三种用户角色，有机的整合了考勤签到信息、请假审核信息、加班信息、工资信息、部门信息的管理工作。
