摘要汽车销售管理系统能协助汽车经销商更加方便的和客户进行沟通以及对车辆的管理，从而提升客户满意度，降低销售的预约成本，提高公司效益。本课题主要是设计与开发一种适用于经销商的汽车销售管理系统。该系统采用ASP。NET作为开发工具，基于B/S架构操作，SQL Server 2005作为数据库管理系统。80545
该汽车销售管理系统不仅实现了对客户信息的有效管理，也实现了对车辆信息和销售信息的有效管理，其主要由管理员模块、业务员模块和客户模块这三个功能模块组成。管理员模块主要是实现了对业务员信息的管理、对客户信息的管理、对车辆及其销售信息的管理、对预约和留言信息的管理等功能。业务员模块在对客户信息管理、车辆销售管理、预约和留言咨询管理方面和管理员具有相同的职责，只是级别稍低一级。客户模块只是简单的实现了客户的预约、留言咨询和已购车辆管理等功能。

Abstract The automobile sales management system can help the auto dealers to communicate more easily with the customers and manage the vehicles, so as to improve the customer satisfaction, reduce the booking cost of the sales and improve the company's benefit。 The subject is to design and develop a car sales management system for dealers。 The system uses ASP。NET as a development tool, based on B/S framework operation, and SQL Server 2005 as database management system。
