摘要：社会人群的身体健康问题是一个极其重要却又敏感的社会问题，社会的人群的身体健康直接影响到一个民族的未来发展情况。随着社会经济的飞速发展，越来越多的人关心起自己身体健康，却不知道如何健身才是科学合理的。80663

为了能让更多的人更加了解健身这项运动，提高自己的身体素质，摆脱亚健康困扰，本论文详细介绍了一款指导健身功能的Android应用。本应用主要有健身训练记录功能、私人定制健身课程功能、播放健身教学视频功能。健身记录功能是在每次进入应用时显示的第一个页面上即时的显示当前用户正在参加的训练，随时提醒用户当前的训练进度。“私人定制”功能是用户根据自身的实际情况，通过定制符合自己身体状况的健身计划，从而达到高效健身的目的。视频播放功能是利用播放事先拍摄好的教学视频，让用户不断模仿正确的健身动作学习，声频中的动作要点提醒，从而达到科学健身，提高用户身体素质的目的。程序经过多轮测试，基本够达到预期目标，得到较满意结果。

Abstract：Society people's physical health problem is a very important and sensitive social issues, social people's health directly affect the future development of a nation。 With the rapid development of social economy, more and more people are concerned about their health, but don't know how to fitness is a scientific and reasonable。

In order to let more people know more about the fitness of the campaign, to improve their physical quality, get rid of sub-health problem, this paper introduces in detail a fitness function of the guidance of Android applications。 This application is mainly have the functions of fitness training records, personal customized fitness function, play gym teaching video function。 Fitness record function is to show when it is applied in each entry on the first page of the real-time display the current user is participating in the training, the current training schedule to remind users。 "Private custom" function is the user according to their own actual situation, through the custom conforms to their own health fitness plan, so as to achieve the aim of efficient fitness。 Video playback feature is to use good teaching video filming beforehand, let users continuously mimic the right fitness action learning, the key points of action in the audio warning, so as to achieve scientific fitness, enhance the user's physical quality。 Program after several rounds of testing, basic enough to reach the expected goal, satisfactory results are obtained。
